Having originally decided to use a realtor through our bank, partly because of a rebate incentive they were offering upon completion and partly because we didn't know better. I had noticed through social media, that Spencer, who I had known from a long time ago, had ventured into real estate and opened dialogue with him. At first we were drawn to the financial incentive through our bank, but after a visit to our chosen property with this realtor, we were left feeling un-impressed with how involved she was; I having undertaken all negotiations with the house vendor while she was present in the room. Spencer remained in contact and continued to offer friendly advice and things to look out for and very quickly we realised that we needed to work with someone we could trust and decided to proceed with Spencer. It was a decision initially put into consideration out of a friendship, but by the end of it, it was a decision ratified by his professionalism, attention to detail and abilities within the industry. We felt he put us at ease throughout the whole process - the attention to detail particularly helped as it allowed us to see that he was doing things that we couldn't see for ourselves, and it freed up our attention to focus on securing the finance and other items. Spencer is excellent value for money and would happily recommend for the future.
